Eli Wilson Ministries (EWM) provides consulting services that assist the church with the development of its music ministry department. Each consulting program is designed according to the specific needs of the ministry. We are equipped to work with the development of music leadership; a combination of leadership and the choir(s); to assist in planning and giving shape and direction to ministry; and to assist in implementing those plans.

EWM is available to come to your church and conduct a two or three day choir clinic. Some refer to this service as a choir workshop. We prefer the term clinic because our focus is to emphasize the primary purpose of the church choir which is worship. 
Therefore, our clinics are designed to help the church choir member to see themselves through the lens of scripture and to prepare them for worship, not a concert.

“Equipping The Church for Ministry”

This two CD teaching session is designed to address the practical and spiritual issues of church music ministry leadership. Minister Eli Wilson Jr. calls our attention to the Biblical Foundations of Church Music growth and development. In this session you will learn about the development of the first music ministry department in scripture -- Why it was developed, with whom it was developed, and the criteria for membership.
