Our aim is to assist musicians, pastors, and seminarians come to grips with an effective vision for music ministry. “Unless God’s people have a clear understanding of where they are headed, the probability of a successful journey is severely limited”, writes George Barna. Clarity of vision for God’s people comes when leaders understand the call of God on their lives. As a resource ministry, our focus is on the development of leadership skills for church musicians. 
Ministry is relational -- before our people buy into our vision, they must first buy into us. Our ministry will never grow beyond the level of our leadership and our effectiveness will always be connected to our spiritual growth.
